Clearstory is a first-of-its-kind software company revolutionizing the commercial construction industry. They are seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activities, while developing skills for a future role as an Account Executive.

Responsibilities
Identify and generate sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling and emailing activities
Work well under pressure and think out-of-the-box
Initiate relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects
Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it
Adapt to fast changes in the work environment
Become knowledgeable about Clearstory and commercial construction quickly and maintain a curiosity to learn more
Exceed all expectations in performance
Qualification
Required
3+ years Construction Industry experience including working on the Change Order Process, as a project engineer, project manager or other relevant role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener
Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain the Clearstory value propositions

1+ year of B2B cold-calling and CRM experience
Previous SDR experience, B2B cold-calling and CRM experience
Experience selling into the commercial construction industry
