Responsibilities

Procure internet and phone services for new communities, division offices, sales and operation sites. Act as project manager for new Community setup. Work with division assigned Field engineers to locate available service providers and monitor the process for start to finish of installation and proper billing. Process disconnects timely

Procure IT hardware and online software for assigned markets. Process requests received from case ticketing system, ensure appropriate budget approval, and follow process controls to execute purchase

Confirm and maintain sufficient accurate data records in the company ticket management system to ensure stakeholders are properly informed on status and asset information

Implement process updates and efficiencies as agreed upon

Perform other duties as assigned
