Responsibilities
Responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of the power plant, building(s) maintenance, repair, grounds, and related equipment
Assists department Director with budgeting, development, and oversight of capital projects
Assists the Director, Systems in preparing and administering the annual budget
Maintains staffing levels and compliance with the Environment Of Care requirements for accrediting agencies
Qualification
Required
HS - High School Diploma or GED required
NYS Drivers License required
Chief Stationary Engineers COB required
5 years of experience in plant operations management required
If no Associates degree, 10 years of experience in plant operations management required
Preferred
AA - Associate of Arts or AAS in Engineering preferred
City of Buffalo Chief Stationary license upon hire, preferred for locations within the City of Buffalo
