They are seeking a Market Development Representative to drive business growth by acquiring new partners and selling their exclusive PUSH Deals program, ensuring a seamless transition for long-term success.

Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new business partners to join the PassPass network
Sell and onboard businesses into the PUSH Deals program, ensuring they understand the benefits of becoming premier partners
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking lead status, deals closed, and pipeline progress
Work closely with the PSM team to ensure a smooth transition of newly signed partners, setting them up for long-term success
Develop and execute market-specific strategies to drive business growth in assigned territories
Meet and exceed sales targets, tracking progress through key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualification
Required
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to foster strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and quickly adapt to changing market dynamics
Highly driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for tracking sales activity
