Responsibilities
Provide exceptional psychiatric (medication management) care to clients of all age demographics
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health status, history, and contributing factors through intakes and follow up visits
Collaborate with Psychiatrist to manage patient care
Stay well-informed of psychiatric advances
Demonstrate passion for patient-centered care
Utilize strong communication and empathy skills
Assess, diagnose, and devise personalized treatment strategies
Prescribe and manage medication regimes
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an approved or accredited PA program. Must provide proof of completion
Board Certification (NCCPA)
Current State of IL PA License
Current State of IL Controlled Substance (II III IV V) License (or in process upon offer acceptance)
Current DEA (II III IV V) Registration/License (or in process upon offer acceptance)
