Responsibilities

Performing routine and specialized mammographic procedures
Preparing exam rooms and equipment to meet patient and physician needs
Educating and supporting patients before and after exams
Ensuring safety through ALARA principles and pregnancy screening
Maintaining MQSA and ACR standards, including quality control documentation
Collaborating with physicians and team members to optimize imaging outcomes

Qualification

ARRT certification in RadiographyARRT Mammography certificationWashington State Radiologic Technologist licenseBasic Life Support certificationPACS/RIS knowledgeGraduate of accredited program

Required

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT certification in Radiography (required upon hire)
ARRT Mammography certification (required within 6 months)
Washington State Radiologic Technologist license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
PACS/RIS knowledge
