Responsibilities
Distill complex user and technical requirements into simple interfaces and user experiences
With engineers and designers, come up with platform-level capabilities that provide a scaled benefit and solve for multiple use cases at once
See around corners, spotting unforeseen use cases and opportunities to future-proof the platform
Dig into details and “go-and-see” how customers are using the product and what their challenges are, and prioritize what Rippling should build to help them
Collaborate with other Rippling finance products teams - core payroll, payments, compliance, and other product teams to ship major enhancements to the platform
Work cross-functionally across product, engineering, design, marketing and customer-facing functions to plan, spec, build, and ship new capabilities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product management, or founding experience
Self-starter with a bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Thrives in understanding complexity and transforming it into simple user experiences
Deep technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal communication & organizational skills
Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work
Relentlessly focused on customers' needs
Strong alignment with Rippling's leadership principles, particularly 'Push the limits of possible', 'Challenge each other', and 'Go and see'
