HRIS Specialist
Family HealthCare Network is seeking an HRIS Specialist to manage Human Resources-related duties within the HCM environment. The role involves implementing and configuring the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support to HR end-users.

Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and configuring the HRIS, including data migration, system testing, and user training
Responsible for achieving department goals and metrics for functional areas assigned
Develops recommendations for updating workflows and policies
Serves as a subject matter expert in functional area assigned
Performs high level administrative functions to comply with regulations and department deadlines
Responsible for the accuracy of all records and the integrity of employee data in the HRIS database
Conducts audits and analysis of ad-hoc reports
Serves as a liaison in updating or resolving programming and related HRIS systems problems
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting HRIS issues and providing technical support to HR end-users
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure as they develop and document HRIS policies, procedures, and best practices they align with system configurations
Generate custom reports to support HR and management decision-making
Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and HCM systems
When changes occur, provide training and support to HR staff and managers on HRIS functionality and processes
Additionally, provide feedback to functional leads on the training they develop for their team members
Assists various human resources response plans to comply with federal, state, and accrediting agencies with data contained in the HCM module
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a recognized major or comparable experience
Strong understanding of HR principles, processes, and regulations
Administrative knowledge of HR technologies
Knowledge of databases and spreadsheets
Working knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, preferably Oracle
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to create highly complex documents in Microsoft Word
Ability to use advanced functions of Microsoft Excel
Ability to develop sophisticated presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to compile and analyze information in effective written form
Ability to prepare and execute presentations and trainings to various group sizes
