Responsibilities
Benefit from at least three monthly 1:1 meetings with a dedicated Clinical Supervisor, focusing on clinical, supervisory, and programmatic skills tailored to your development
Participate in two or more group meetings each month with a doctoral-level BCBA, designed to deepen your conceptual and foundational knowledge
Receive real-time feedback and guidance from your Clinical Supervisor while engaging in hands-on BCBA responsibilities such as treatment plan modifications, parent training, assessments, and more

Required
Master's Degree
BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Massachusetts
