Utilize the "Open Phone" dialer for dedicated call management
Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and performance
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of sales experience
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively
Experience in phone-based sales, customer service, or lead generation
Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer systems (experience with 'Open Phone' is a plus)
Highly organized and results-driven
Preferred
Background in vendor recruitment or sponsorship sales
Experience working with wellness, recovery, or counseling organizations
Ability to adapt to different sales strategies based on business needs
