Assist in the construction of outdoor testing decks by performing manual labor tasks
Load and unload materials such as lumber, tools, and equipment
Measure, cut, and assemble deck components under the supervision of the project lead
Operate basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, hammers) safely and efficiently
Ensure the worksite remains organized and free of hazards
Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
Assist with cleanup and disposal of construction waste
Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks on time
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in construction or manual labor
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of hand and power tools
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Must adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
