Construction Discovery Experts is seeking a proactive and personable e-Discovery Paralegal to drive revenue growth by deepening relationships within their existing client base. This client-facing role focuses on building trust and delivering exceptional client service across the legal sector, particularly with eDiscovery platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of select clients, providing high-touch relationship management

Conduct regular outbound calls and email outreach to clients to uncover opportunities and provide value-added insights

Schedule and coordinate client meetings, trainings, and virtual events via Teams and other platforms

Attend and potentially lead Continuing Legal Education (CLE) sessions after proper training

Manage all new case intake and handoffs through ClickUp for assigned accounts

Ensure client and paralegal contacts are invited to training sessions, webinars, and firm-sponsored events

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions (calls, emails, meetings, notes) in HubSpot

Collaborate with the Sales Lead to strategize weekly outreach plans and report competitive intelligence

Partner closely with paralegals, attorneys, consultants, and marketing to align client engagement efforts

Provide input on new CLE topics and identify enterprise opportunities for broader legal solutions

Required

Legal industry background or prior work with law firms/in-house counsel

Experience with EDRMs, specifically Reveal, Relativity, and Logikcull

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks

Experience with project management tools (ClickUp)

Preferred

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

Experience with ESI (Electronically Stored Information) technical platforms
