Administrative Coordinator I Neonatal ICU Family Support
MUSC Children's Health is dedicated to providing support for families in the NICU. The NICU Family Support Program Coordinator develops, implements, and evaluates educational and social activities for families of patients, while also maintaining program visibility and enhancing the patient/family experience.

Conducts surveys and studies of problems and needs; makes recommendations to appropriate officials
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the status of assigned program area(s)
Reviews, evaluates and reports on assigned program area
Provides technical assistance to staff, management, the public and other governmental entities
Takes and processes routine program requests from customers
Supervises employees as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and four years relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services
Bachelor's degree and two years experience in business management, public administration or administrative services
