RETTEW is seeking an experienced Engineer of Record (EOR) to join our Municipal Team, playing a key role in leading the engineering design and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania. The Engineer of Record will provide technical leadership, mentor project engineers, and ensure high-quality, code-compliant designs.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering design efforts and serve as Engineer of Record for municipal projects

Prepare and/or review engineering plans, specifications, and calculations for accuracy and compliance

Mentor and provide technical guidance to project engineers and designers

Collaborate with project managers to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget

Interface with municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders as needed

Ensure adherence to professional engineering standards, codes, and safety regulations
