RETTEW is seeking an experienced Engineer of Record (EOR) for Municipal Projects. The EOR will ensure compliance with municipal regulations for development projects and oversee roadway and stormwater improvements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to translate designs into completed projects.

Responsibilities

Monitoring progress and maintaining compliance with Zoning and Subdivision and Land Development codes and regulations

Working closely with developers, engineers, municipal staff, contractors, and all stakeholders to translate designs into completed projects

Guaranteeing all construction documents meet required Federal, State, County and Municipal standards and requirements

Participating in monthly Municipal and Authority meetings and contributing institutional knowledge

Qualification

Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseMunicipal Engineering experiencePennsylvania municipal planningProject management softwareMicrosoft Office proficiency
