Responsibilities
Configure and support routing and switching infrastructure across multiple environments
Troubleshoot connectivity and network performance issues across remote deployments
Write and maintain basic scripts (e.g., Python) to support workflow automation
Develop or assist with simple UI tools to support internal operations
Collaborate closely with a distributed team to ensure technical delivery and system stability
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in network routing and switching configuration
Familiarity with Python or similar scripting language for simple automation tasks
Ability to support and develop basic user interfaces or dashboards (e.g., internal tools, web UIs)
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Availability for domestic travel (up to 20 days/month, generally less)
Must reside in the U.S.; U.S. citizenship preferred but not required
Preferred
Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure across remote and physical locations
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage field responsibilities effectively
Exposure to security-conscious environments or federal deployments
