The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating educational and social activities for families of NICU patients while maintaining program visibility and improving the patient/family experience.

Reviews, evaluates and reports on assigned program area

Provides technical assistance to staff, management, the public and other governmental entities

Takes and processes routine program requests from customers

Supervises employees as needed
