Responsibilities
Define the Product roadmap for zero to 1 product motions
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers and program managers
Meticulously drive each feature to completion
Optimize team efficiency and output
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and roadmap
Select and manage third-party providers, such as custodians, liquidity providers, and trading APIs (e.g., Fireblocks, Zero Hash, Anchorage, Coinbase Prime)
Ensure compliance and risk alignment, partnering closely with legal, risk, and compliance teams to navigate money transmission, KYC/AML, and crypto regulatory frameworks (e.g., FinCEN, NYDFS, SEC/CFPB posture)
Measure Output metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Engagement) and Input metrics (Conversion Funnels, Engagement) that matter
Leverage Product Analytics Platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude etc), Data Analytics Platforms (Metabase, Superset)
Drive the creation of delightful, intuitive and engaging user interfaces in collaboration with UX designers to drive user adoption and NPS
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Product Management, at least 3 of which are spent in Web3, Defi, Crypto with a Crypto Infra Platform, Exchange, Fintech, Web3, DeFi, Wallet company
Direct experience launching crypto or trading features, ideally for retail users
Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure, including custody, liquidity sourcing, wallet types (custodial vs non-custodial), on-chain vs off-chain settlements
Familiarity with crypto regulatory and compliance landscape in the U.S. (e.g., BitLicense, MSB licensing, MTL requirements, BSA/AML obligations)
Passion for crypto, financial inclusion, and building user-first financial products
Excellent strategic insight on conceptualizing and prioritizing ideas
In depth understanding and knowledge of Statistics, Analytics, Business Intelligence, SQL, Product Analytics platforms
Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
Meticulous in program management processes
