Responsibilities
Source and engage top talent across multiple functions, with a strong focus on quality and speed
Build and maintain pipelines of high-potential candidates — both active and passive
Partner with the Talent Lead and hiring managers to understand role needs and ideal candidate profiles
Strategize and experiment with new sourcing methods and tools
Craft personalized outreach and represent Kalshi’s mission with clarity and enthusiasm
Own initial screening calls and manage candidates through the early funnel
Help optimize our sourcing processes and tools as we scale

Required
Sharp, proactive Recruiting Sourcer
Identifying and engaging top-tier talent across engineering, operations, growth, and more
Working closely with the Talent Lead, hiring managers, and the founders
Building the candidate pipeline that powers the company
Source and engage top talent across multiple functions, with a strong focus on quality and speed
Build and maintain pipelines of high-potential candidates — both active and passive
Partner with the Talent Lead and hiring managers to understand role needs and ideal candidate profiles
Strategize and experiment with new sourcing methods and tools
Craft personalized outreach and represent Kalshi's mission with clarity and enthusiasm
