RTP Research Fellow – Digital Pathology - AI

Responsibilities
Develop impactful software tools and AI: Develop, implement, and evaluate vision and multimodal transformers and task-specific models to support insight generation and downstream model development
Lead ambitious research: Design and execute novel research projects in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of AI scientists, data scientists and engineers and pathologists
Drive growth and visibility: Help shape the direction and culture of MCDP as a new and expanding team. You’ll play a key role in our success through your code, publications, and strategic promotion of our work
Qualification
Required
Exceptional researcher with technical excellence
Scientific curiosity and desire for real-world impact
Experience in developing impactful software tools and AI
Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate vision and multimodal transformers and task-specific models
Experience in designing and executing novel research projects
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of AI scientists, data scientists, engineers, and pathologists
Ability to help shape the direction and culture of a new and expanding team
Strong coding skills
Experience in publishing research
Ability to strategically promote work
