Clyde's Donuts is a well-established family-owned food manufacturer known for its high-quality donuts. They are seeking a highly skilled Ammonia Refrigeration Specialist to lead the preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of ammonia refrigeration systems used in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for MRBraz and Bitzer ammonia refrigeration systems
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and controls
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to maximize uptime and energy efficiency
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation
Collaborate with operations and safety teams to support production needs and emergency response readiness
Train and mentor internal staff on ammonia system awareness and safety protocols
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems, with a focus on low-charge/critical charge designs
Direct experience with MRBraz and Bitzer ammonia refrigeration packages
REQUIRED – RETA/ CIRO certification
EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
Preferred
Background in food manufacturing or cold storage environments
Vibration analysis, oil sampling, and thermographic inspection experience
RETA/ CRST or CRES certification
