In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, leading a team to conduct cycle counts, and collaborating with inbound and outbound teams to ensure efficient stock management.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily inventory control operations, ensuring real-time accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Conduct and supervise cycle counts, audits, and investigations into inventory discrepancies
Implement and improve inventory tracking processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency
Train and mentor inventory personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards
Work closely with inbound and outbound teams to ensure seamless stock movement and proper documentation
Identify root causes of inventory issues and recommend process improvements
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and inventory control procedures

Required

2+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience
