Deep sourcing, strategic hiring, and closing top technical talent
Qualification
Required
At least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency
Sourcing expertise: you've personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (especially for startup companies without brand recognition)
Deep knowledge of engineering and bonus points if you've done product hiring
A track record of strong execution: you consistently deliver and iterate based on results
A growth mindset: you take feedback, optimize your approach, and find creative solutions
Preferred
Strong Mid-Level, Senior, or Staff Recruiter mindset and approach
