Responsibilities
Design and implement clinical algorithms within your area of expertise
Review and test Regard’s clinical algorithms using internal tools
Address feedback from clinicians using the software
Collaborate with Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot clinically-related software issues
Qualification
Required
Board certified in an ABMS-recognized specialty or currently enrolled in an ACGME-accredited fellowship
Excellent foundation of clinical knowledge with the ability to meticulously and discerningly evaluate medical literature
Ability to commit at least 2 hours per week on average
Preferred
Self-starter in learning new technical skills and leveraging internal technical tools
Outstanding time management skills
Excited about working with a small team in a dynamic startup environment
