Sourcing expertise: you've personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (for startup companies without brand recognition)
Deep knowledge of engineering & product hiring: you understand what great technical talent looks like
A track record of strong execution: you consistently deliver and iterate based on results
A growth mindset: you take feedback, optimize your approach, and find creative solutions
