Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients, from rapid prototyping to production deployment
Lead exploratory data analysis and extraction projects, finding creative ways to unlock value from structured and unstructured data
Build robust RAG pipelines that combine multiple data sources and knowledge bases
Experiment with different LLM models and approaches to optimize for accuracy, cost, and performance
Drive technical discovery through rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development
Work directly with clients to understand their core challenges and design intuitive solutions
Contribute to our internal knowledge base and engineering best practices

Required

Strong Python development experience with modern frameworks (FastAPI, Pydantic)
Experience with LLM technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.) and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Proven track record building RAG pipelines, text extraction solutions, and agentic systems
Proficiency with vector databases (Pinecone, Pgvector, Chroma, etc.)
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Knowledge of embedding models and semantic search
Understanding of prompt engineering
Experience with CI/CD and associated tooling (GitHub Actions)

Preferred

Have experience with Frontend development experience (React)
Have experience building and running applications in AWS
Know LLM evaluation metrics
Have experience with Docker and container orchestration
Are familiar with MLOps practices and tools
Have a background in healthcare or legal tech domains
