Responsibilities
Strategic Inventory Planning: Own the long-term Amazon inventory strategy, aligning demand forecasting and inventory positioning to support growth goals, minimize costs, and ensure high service levels
Network Optimization: Design and implement strategies for transferring and staging inventory across Amazon FCs and Honeylove warehouses, prioritizing cost efficiency, speed, and customer experience
Data-Driven Insights: Build tools, dashboards, and models that provide forward-looking visibility into demand, capacity, and allocation needs, turning data into actionable business strategies
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential supply chain or fulfillment risks and develop contingency strategies to protect revenue and customer satisfaction
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the strategic thought partner to Logistics, Production, Finance, and Operations, ensuring inventory strategies are integrated into purchasing, budgeting, and growth initiatives
Continuous Improvement: Drive process innovation and operational excellence, creating scalable frameworks that allow Honeylove to expand efficiently into new products, categories, and geographies
Qualification
Required
5+ years in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain strategy, with a proven ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution
Demonstrated success in developing inventory strategies that unlock growth and profitability while balancing risk and cost
Exceptional ability to model complex scenarios, forecast demand, and translate data into actionable insights
Track record of improving planning processes, reducing inefficiencies, and driving measurable cost savings
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate strategy to senior stakeholders
Preferred
Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central including replenishment strategies, FBA shipment creation, AWD, Amazon Global Logistics, and network optimization
