ChipStack.ai is an AI-native EDA startup transforming how semiconductor chips are designed and verified. They are seeking an Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office activities, manage supplies, and support HR and onboarding processes to create a positive work environment in their San Jose office.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office activities, manage supplies, vendors, mail/deliveries, and facility needs
Organize team lunches, offsites, meetups, and other company events
Assist with onboarding new hires, welcoming guests, and creating a great first impression
Help with scheduling, travel booking, expense reports, and coordination across teams
Foster a positive and productive work environment. Be the go-to person for team questions and support
Coordinate with property managers, cleaning crews, and other service providers
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles (startups a plus!)
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable wearing many hats and juggling multiple tasks
Passionate about creating a great workplace culture
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and expense platforms (e.g. Brex or Ramp) is a bonus
