Responsibilities
Further develop and mentor members of the Site Development/Public Works Team
Project performance (production, profitability, quality, staffing, etc.)
Maintain and further develop client relationships throughout Central Florida including private clients and multiple Cities and Counties
Identify business opportunities and lead successful pursuits
Directly manage projects and oversee production staff on various and multiple projects
Work closely with other Halff leaders and manage resources to successfully workshare across the company on multiple projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed PE in Florida or could be obtained within 6 months
5+ years of Public Works/Land Development experience
Strong people Leader skills and the ability to maintain client relations
Ability to work independently and make significant, effective decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Project management experience
Preferred
Business Development and local connections preferred
An understanding of AutoCAD, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, ICPR, Stormwise a plus
