The Full Desk Recruiter will play a critical role in business development, recruiting, and account management, focusing on sourcing top talent and building client relationships in the U.S. biotech and pharma sectors.

Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the life sciences, biotech, and pharmaceutical sectors
Engage decision-makers through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and virtual meetings
Understand client business models, hiring needs, and culture to develop long-term relationships
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with new and existing clients
Source, screen, and interview candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions in areas such as clinical operations, regulatory affairs, R&D, quality assurance, and more
Utilize multiple sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal ATS (e.g., Bullhorn), and referrals
Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, presenting, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding
Maintain detailed records and ensure a positive candidate experience
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
Provide market intelligence and consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends and candidate availability
Foster long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional service and support to both clients and candidates
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Desk Recruiter or in a similar role within the US staffing or professional services industry
Proven track record in client acquisition, candidate placement, and account management
Strong business development mindset with the ability to close new accounts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (written and verbal)
Proficient with CRM/ATS tools such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar platforms
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing responsibilities across multiple time zones
Candidate Must be based in India, preferably Chennai/Bangalore or Hyderabad with ability to travel if needed
Must be available to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time Zone (ET) hours
Preferred
Industry experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical staffing is highly preferred
