3+ years expHireNow Staffing is partnering with a well-established and rapidly expanding industrial electrical contractor in search of five experienced Electrical Estimators / Project Managers. Responsibilities
Analyze bid specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimates
Develop accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services
Lead pre-bid meetings, negotiate with vendors, and collaborate with field supervisors to align execution plans
Track project budgets from award through closeout, identifying variances and providing cost-control recommendations
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Ensure compliance with OSHA, building codes, and client-specific regulations
Assist in developing standard cost estimating tools and processes for consistency across teams
Provide leadership in risk management, scheduling, and quality assurance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in electrical construction estimating and/or project management
Proven ability to manage industrial projects of $5M+
Familiarity with electrical blueprints, scope specs, and cost codes
Proficient with estimating software Accubid is highly preferred
Experience using project management tools and MS Office Suite
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10%
Preferred
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related trade certification
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of scheduling software and industrial safety standards
