Responsibilities
Managing Water/Wastewater Utility projects or coordinating tasks of moderate size and complexity
Make decisions independently and resolve complex problems
Perform business development
Manage budgets, personnel, schedules, sub consultants, and client interaction
Support operations managers and practice leaders in business development and pursuit of Water/Wastewater Utility opportunities
Responsible for business development, production, and staffing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
15 years of experience to support Water/Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility design, and planning
Water and Wastewater System planning and design
Licensed PE, preferably in Arkansas or can obtain immediately
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be self-directed yet a team player, and have focus on quality, integrity and success
Demonstrated experience in business development, project delivery, and team/resource management is required
Preferred
Water/Wastewater treatment experience, is a plus
