Responsibilities
Manage an assigned book of business, develop client relationships, and strive to grow and retain clients
Work alongside the Producer, serving as the HUB’s primary consultant to the client
Ensure Producers are fully informed about client meetings and interfaces
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with decision makers for assigned HUB clients
Obtain detailed knowledge of the client’s business and industry, articulating applicable exposures to loss, insurance coverages, and risk management solutions
Directly oversee and coordinate the delivery of all HUB services to assigned clients throughout the policy cycle
Work cooperatively and professionally with AM colleagues to deliver HUB services and provide feedback on performance
Ensure all client service needs are promptly and professionally delivered
Conduct annual reviews with clients making coverage and loss control recommendations
Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of other HUB products and services
Maintain current receivable status for assigned clients and document unresolved circumstances
Design and deliver effective group presentations using various media
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma / GED; College degree strongly preferred
Minimum of 5-10 years of related Personal Lines insurance experience within a brokerage environment
Must have High Net-Worth/Private Client experience
Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and various AMSs (Epic preferred)
Willing to complete continuing education requirements, as needed
Willing to work outside of normal business, as needed
5-7 years of relevant experience
Preferred
Yacht/Marine Insurance experience preferred
Experience within the Entertainment industry is strongly preferred
