Responsibilities
WMS system software and hardware maintenance
WMS & SAP system training
Maintain computer equipment
Lead and support for system enhancements. (i.e., user testing, defining parameters to WMS system.)
Manage annual inventory prep and execution
Research, investigate and resolve problem freight
Run weekly reports focused around shrink and quality assurance
Regulatory compliance
Audit management for receiving, put to club, tiers, OS&D, and shrink
Lead overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) team
Supervising the recouping and repackaging of damaged merchandise
Maintain safety compliance in regard to the handling of damaged and recalled merchandise
Resolve discrepancies between WMS and SAP and provide supporting documentation to explain any variances
Maintains all DC policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Warehouse Management System experience
SAP experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
3-5 years' experience in Distribution/Transportation
Ability to work in warehouse environment which includes heat, cold, noise and dust
Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift and sit for up to 8 hours a day
Proven computer skills using Microsoft Office applications, Warehouse Management Systems, and SAP
