Responsibilities

Develop high-level models for capacity planning and inventory by partnering with Supply Chain and Sourcing

Analyze large datasets to identify cost savings opportunities

Support strategic initiatives by validating cost savings and linking key metrics to financial performance

Perform validation of standard costs, customer pricing, and new item setups to ensure data accuracy

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports comparing actual results to budget and forecast

Conduct quarterly reviews of excess and obsolete inventory for reserve accuracy

Assist in developing the Capital Spending appropriations and monthly cash flow budget tracking

Implement best practices for decision-making, such as vendor payment term analysis

Support the design and implementation of financial modeling software

Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Required

1–3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
