Run training leads—work directly with sales reps to refine their skills
Drive sales success—assist with in-home sales calls and closing strategies
Review performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Rescue lost opportunities by handling cancel/save appointments and working with the rehash manager
Set clear expectations and create a sales culture that thrives on results
Qualification
Required
Proven success — 5+ years in Home Improvement Sales (required)
Leadership experience — 3+ years in Sales Management with a track record of team development(required)
Exceptional communication & organizational skills — you know how to inspire and lead. (required)
Preferred
Tech-savvy approach — proficiency in iPad presentations and electronic contracts
