Responsibilities

Assist with periodic progress updates of in-progress schedules by collecting all necessary data for updates. This process requires jobsite walks and meetings with Superintendents and field supervision

Gather update data from multiple sources, including the Project Manager, Superintendent, Owners' Representatives, and subcontractors, ensuring all data is approved by the Project Manager before incorporation

Support the maintenance of Project Schedule Baselines in accordance with Clayco’s policy and contractual requirements

Help generate periodic performance reports, including Critical Activities Reports, Baseline Deviation Reports, Earned Value Performance Index Reports, and Project Cash Flow Reports

Support the preparation of Monthly Schedule Reports, including assisting in drafting the Monthly Schedule Narrative

Qualification

Construction industry knowledgePMWeb softwareExcelProject managementProblem-solvingResults oriented

Required

Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited University, pursuing a bachelor's in business administration, engineering, construction management, or related degree

Effective problem-solving skills

Results oriented and deliver on customer commitments

Preferred

Preferred internship experience in the construction industry

Preferred knowledge of project development stages, procurement, project controls, and construction execution practices is required

Preferred knowledge of applicable computer software such as PMWeb or similar project portfolio management software, DataServ, Excel, JD Edwards, or related software programs
