Responsibilities

Design, build, and continuously improve mechanical, electro-mechanical, and semi-automated test fixtures and equipment

Develop and implement SOPs and maintenance protocols to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to define fixture requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance

Partner with external vendors for equipment sourcing and integration

Manage spare parts inventory and implement cost-effective improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency

Required

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field

5+ years of hands-on experience in fixture-building and fabrication

Familiarity with DOE (Design of Experiments), validation protocols including IQ, OQ, and PQ

Proficiency with Auto CAD and or Solid Works

Proficient in data analysis using Minitab or similar statistical tools

Preferred

Experience working with a variety of sensor technologies

Hands-on machining experience
