Responsibilities
Assist Cardiologist in Performing Diagnostic and Interventional procedures
Qualification
Required
Graduate from an approved school in Radiologic Technology
A minimum of two years prior Cath Lab and or Radiographer experience
Demonstrate knowledge and experience in cardiovascular procedures
Current AART Licensure
Non-Radiologic Technologist must have active certification with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as an (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist or (RCES) Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist
Has or will obtain Nevada State fluorography license
Current BLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Must be able to demonstrate commitment and adherence to Compliance Program and Code of conduct through compliance and with all policies and procedures, the Code of conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer
Preferred
A minimum of two years prior Cath Lab and or Radiographer experience preferred
Current certification in Interventional Angiography preferred
Membership in related professional organization preferred
