Qualification
Required
Proficient in appraisal skills
Ability to interact with clients, staff, and partners
Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university
Must have a state certified general real estate appraisal or trainee license in one of the following states: IL, WI, MI, OH, IA, MO, KS, NE or MN
Ability to complete multiple, simultaneous projects with specific deadlines
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to establish priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
A degree in real estate, finance or a related field
