Responsibilities

Facilitate interviews, workshops, and information-gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders
Map and analyze end-to-end procurement and implementation workflows
Identify patterns of failure or systemic issues (e.g., scope creep, misaligned expectations, inadequate planning or change management)
Deliver findings in clear, executive-level reports with supporting data and actionable recommendations
Support the design of remediation strategies, process improvements, or organizational change initiatives based on findings

Experience with ERP, procurement systems, or large-scale digital transformation efforts in government or quasi-government entities
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred

Prior experience working with or in state or federal agencies (e.g., departments of health, transportation, education)
Certification in business analysis (CBAP), procurement (CPPB, CPPO), or project management (PMP, PRINCE2)
Experience working in highly regulated environments with multiple stakeholders and compliance constraints
Background in audit, risk, or quality assurance a plus
