Responsibilities

Produce news content on the station’s website and social media sites
Write and publish stories, pictures, and video in a timely manner
Get information out via social media
Use OBS regularly
Integrate the on-air product and the digital products successfully
Perform non-linear editing
Work closely with the assignments desk, newscast producers, and digital content team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism or a related field
Ability to produce news content on the station's website and social media sites
Strong writing skills

Experience using OBS
Ability to integrate the on-air product and the digital products successfully
Experience with non-linear editing
Strong organizational skills
Self-starter
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work quickly
Good ideas
