Responsibilities

Lead supply chain and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with KPIs (cost, innovation, quality, and delivery)
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
Optimize supply chain operations, including inventory, procurement, and logistics efficiency
Ensure compliance with GMP, Lean, and Six Sigma principles to enhance operational performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project objectives

Required

3-5 years of experience in supply chain project management within Pharma, Biotech, or CDMO manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
PMP certification required
Advanced knowledge of supply chain operations, GMP compliance, and quality systems (TrackWise, deviations, change controls)
Strong expertise in project planning tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and operational excellence methodologies (RCA, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
