Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate O&M and DME activities across multiple applications
Drive sprint planning and execution, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed on schedule
Oversee release management in partnership with development and operations teams
Prepare and submit recurring reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering:
System milestones and achievements
Task and sprint progress
Security and ATO-related updates
Help desk support metrics
Change request status
Generate additional reports and documentation as required by oversight entities
Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery communications
Support governance processes including Configuration Control Boards (CCB), Earned Value Management (EVM), and agency-specific reporting requirements
Ensure timely and compliant submission of required documentation
Develop a solid understanding of the systems’ architecture, functions, and business workflows
Participate in team meetings, sprint reviews, and delivery assessments
Contribute to the validation and testing of release deliverables
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of IT experience
Minimum 5 years managing IT projects in federal or enterprise settings
Proven experience in agile planning, documentation, and reporting
Full lifecycle delivery experience (development, testing, release, O&M)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
PMP or Agile/Project Management certification strongly preferred
Familiarity with additional government-specific platforms is a plus
