Responsibilities

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, sales teams, and internal colleagues
Collect and organize required documents for Notice to Proceed (NTP)
Submit key milestone documentation to financiers to ensure timely funding
Track progress and follow up proactively to keep deals moving forward
Solve problems and stay resilient in a fast-paced environment
Take inbound calls from sales representatives to help push milestone

Qualification

Required

Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Customer-focused with a 'go-getter' attitude
Comfortable working with internal systems and external partners

Preferred

Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
