Responsibilities
Role will assist in the review of tax filings, K-1s
Preparation of tax estimates and projections
Preparation of tax provisions for blocker corporations
Assist with document retention, memos on reorgs and implications on year-end reporting
FATCA & CRS coordination and legal entity management, GIIN registration, coordination with PwC, SEI, and AG Client relations
State & Local coordination of legal entity registrations with state tax authorities
Qualification
Required
2+ years of public/private tax accounting experience
Undergraduate/Master's degree in Accounting or Tax
Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, as well as PowerPoint)
Team player and collaborator; excellent communications skills
Must be motivated, organized, flexible and proactive
CPA licensed or CPA exam passed and actively pursuing licensure
Preferred
Financial services or Hedge Fund experience preferred
