Homeland Language Services is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to support their expansion across the U.S. The role focuses on generating sales opportunities by identifying potential clients and developing long-term partnerships for language services.

Translation Service

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients in companies that have awarded contracts to language service providers

Research and map key decision-makers in target companies using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and corporate directories

Execute personalized outreach campaigns through email, social media, and cold calling

Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects, understand their needs, and assess alignment with our services

Nurture leads by providing relevant content such as case studies, white papers, and insights tailored to industry needs

Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM

Schedule qualified appointments for Customer Care Managers and ensure a smooth handoff with complete lead information

Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and collaborate to improve targeting strategies

Report regularly to the Sales Manager on lead generation performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline status
