Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities in the healthcare sector (hospitals, health systems, medical groups, LTC facilities)
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base
Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as HR directors, procurement heads, and CXOs
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client projects
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and conferences
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience in healthcare business development, staffing, or sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing or healthcare services industry
Ability to generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strategic thinking and execution capabilities
Preferred
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and credentialing requirements (e.g., JCAHO, HIPAA)
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
