Responsibilities

Represent clients in a wide range of tort and contract claims within the areas of premises liability, professional liability, defamation, discrimination, insurance, and transportation

Handle all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations, communicating with opposing counsel and clients, appearing in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings and all other substantive work associated with achieving excellent results for our clients

Required

3+ years experience in civil litigation

Experience in litigation is required

Actively licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
