Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and staff
Recruit, hire, and train high-quality instructional and support staff
Schedule staff and classes efficiently based on student needs and resources
Maintain a fun, clean, and “tour-ready” learning environment
Manage operational procedures including expense control, inventory, and payroll
Oversee accurate record-keeping in CRM and student systems
Establish after-school partnerships with local schools and businesses
Represent iCode at local events, school expos, and community meetings
Promote scholarship opportunities and ensure equity in program access
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to drive program growth and close sales
Outgoing and persuasive communicator comfortable with both parents and school leaders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Grace under fire — keeps cool in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A sense of humor and an approachable, positive attitude
Known for being a reliable, supportive team member
Adaptable, self-directed, and results-driven
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
